چکیده
Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of crocin and treadmill exercise on oxidative stress, sperm parameters, testis structure in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. Materials Methods: In this experimental study, 64 rats induced by a single intraperitoneal (IP) injection STZ (50 mg/ kg) were assigned following groups (n=8/each): healthy control group, group treated daily with at dose 50 mg/kg, one receiving mg/kg for 56 days. Some such as controls diabetics exercised treadmill, well performed crocin. After treatment, all anesthetized, their blood samples taken, serum level insulin, glucose, stress markers measured. Finally, testicles epididymis removed parameters assessed. Results: Treatment along significantly replaced testicular tissue damage, insulin plasma levels (P=0.001). rats, moreover, malondialdehyde (MDA) was increased superoxide dismutase (SOD) catalase (CAT) enzymes activity reduced Crocin administration BW) improved these (P<0.05). Conclusions: Our results confirm antioxidant role positive improving damage caused diabetes.

Background and aim: Diabetes affects the testicles by oxidative stress. The aim of this study was to investigate the protective effects of N-acetylcysteine on the number of spermatogenesis cells in diabetic rats. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 42 adult male Wistar rats were divided into 7 groups of 6. This study was carried out in two periods of 5 and 28 days. Thus, i...
